PIER Software Technologies provides expert assistance with your workstation or network deployment of PIER. Our data migration specialists help to import your institutional data (grants, personnel, and effort) into your deployment of PIER. Be up and running immediately with your own institutional data. We also support your PIER Network Deployment with first class customer support.

PIER Standard Data Migration Services:
     -   We load user provided Job Code tables into licensed PIER workstation
          or network Deployments.

     -   We load user provided Cost Account and/or Object Code tables into PIER
          workstation clients.

     -   We will format Institution-specific Cost Center structures on all Cost Center
          reports.

     -   We customize PIER Windows Workstation Client Splash Screen and Reports
          with your Institution, Department, and/or Division Name.

PIER Network Deployment Services:
     -   We will migrate your institutional data (Personnel, Programs and Projects)
         into your licensed PIER database.
 
     -   We will perform data validation and testing to ensure your data is correctly linked
         and represented accurately in PIER's Control Panel.

     -   We will provide extensive e-mail and/or telephone support as needed to assist
         your staff with any question regarding data collection or format requirements.
